Hilton
Objective: To increase sales across all channels for the Hilton Family of Hotels, through training and motivating targeted Travel Agents to promote The Hilton Family as the preferred hotel chain to their own Clients.
Activity: 30 full and part-time sales professionals across 16 countries in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia making over 10,000 sales presentations every 8 weeks.
Communication: The Hilton HotSheet, an 8-weekly magazine style publication, is used to update key bookers on Hilton products and services. Hotels are also able to produce their own tactical offers for promotion by members of the ASE team.
Results: USM has managed and developed this program for Hilton since 2000, when the programme was set up in Europe through to its current Global status.
